I\u2019m an energetic, experienced liaison between enterprising retailers and game-changing technologies, directing traffic at the intersection of retail and technology for nearly thirty years. My passion for both fuels my ability to envision technical solutions with the potential to create customers for life. To accomplish this, I embody a customer-centric mindset to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction, harness cross-team collaboration skills to deliver compelling business results, and quickly adapt to new learnings. I\u2019m also a pretty damn good drummer.<\/p>

I\u2019ve enjoyed a unique blend of career roles as a retail CIO, Industry Advisor, Solution Director, Product Manager, Partner Manager, and Business Consulting Sr. Manager. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:<\/p>
